Late start this morning.
I got up around, eh, 11am? Which really shouldn't be considered the 'AM' because, honestly, that's pretty late in the day. Anyhoo, I got up late and texted my long lost friend, Josh.
Remember him? Of course you do. Well our conversation went down the shithole and now he doesn't want to talk to me. Of course he doesn't want to talk to me, does he ever? I swear to mother nature that every time I have a chitchat with that man, we end up in some petty fight because of some misunderstanding or whatnot. It seriously pisses me off, why can't guys just understand us better? I swear I could say 'I love to eat hamburgers.' and he hears 'I hate you with a passion.' It's totally frustrating how far off his interpretations are.
Whatever, I guess all I can say is, ARGH! -shakes fist-
Now, in other news, I got back into World of Warcraft. Ha, but now I am playing on the Horde side because, frankly, Alliance sucks. Sorry dudes, but the Horde has it made. Much more flight points which means less time-consuming runs. Plus, we always win PvP, don't we?
So yea, if you are on the Spinebreaker realm and just so happen to be a Horde, whisper me on Clairax (: I'm trying to get a guild up and running and I would love your guys' help, or just somebody to chat with!
And now for something completely different.
I want my baby to be home so that I can give him a big 'ole hug and kiss. Hopefully he will be helping me fix up my car today. Oh, that reminds me that I forgot to tell of you that I had a minor crash the other day. As embarrassing as it is, I was just backing out of the driveway and ended up being in drive instead of reverse. Ha! So now, I have a dent on the my car above the left wheel. The paint scratched off as well, but no worries because I got exact match car paint at the local Kragen's. Hurrah!
PS.
I have a new affie (: Check her out at http://mutayymate.blogspot.com/Labels: cars, Josh, world of warcraft

So i was looking at a where is Waldo book today. Remember those? Too much fun.
Anyways, it took me ages, but I finally found him. Just thought I would share that with everyone. I was really stoked when I finally spotted the correct striped hat.
In other news, I updated the site a bit today and I will continue to add new things throughout the rest of the day, so keep checking back. I have revamped the 'blends' section, deleting almost all of my older blends and making a few new ones. Why you ask? Because I was tired of looking at the old ones, and I believe that my blending has improved a bit, the old ones don't do justice!

Drag and drop for a better look at one of the new blends.
I have also slowing been adding tutorials. Slowly, because I had no idea how long they actually take! Props to all of you that make them because I know how time consuming they can be. So I have a few basic ones up there for now and please comment on what other ones you would like to see!Labels: blends, revamp, waldo

So I don't know about you guys, but I hate seeing all the school supplies appearing in the department stores. I walked into Target the other day and there was banners and signs everywhere advertising for sales on pencils, erasers, rulers, and notebooks. If you didn't realize that summer is almost over, well, you do now.
Bummer, eh?
And about all these school supplies, do you guys remember having a list of things to get for school? A compass, a ruler, 5 spiral bound notebooks, highlighters, sharpies...
It's funny because how often did you actually use all that crap? Like, never, right? I can't remember the last time I actually used a compass or ruler for math. Most of the time you end up borrowing a pencil, or asking somebody for a piece of paper because you left yours at home. What really gets me though, is that after you buy all this pointless junk that is supposedly a 'mandatory' object, the teacher hands them out in class on the days that you need them for the assignment.
So advice to those of you that are still in school, save your money. Buy a pack of pencils for a dollar, buy a notebook (or two) and skip all the other crud. It's a complete waste.
Anyways, I put up a new layout, as you probably already noticed. It's a lot more fun than the last one, but I kept the same basic template so I wouldn't be here coding for hours, lol.
I will be taking down some old graphics today, and adding some newer ones. Along with a few new things to the site.Labels: junk, layout, school

Ok, so I know I haven't really been posting that often about what is going on in my life, but that is because...well, I have no life.
Seriously.
Nothing right now is exciting enough for me to post about. None of it would make you 'ooo' or 'ahhh'. It's just boring, everyday, typical teenager things. Things that happen to everyone, everyday, and maybe even every hour. But, sense I don't want you guys to be all 'boohoo' about me NOT posting, I thought I would update you on a few things...
I am having a graduation party at my grandma's on Saturday. I am actually super stoked for it because most of my family will be there and it's luau themed. I mean, who doesn't love feeling like they are on the beach? Plus, the weather is going to match perfectly. It's supposed to be in the 90s!
I graduated highschool, as most of you already know, and now I am looking at taking some classes at the local JC. Hopefully some interior design classes and maybe even some graphic/web design. (: The classes are expensive though, so I have no idea how I will afford them. I am thinking that I will just use some of the money my dad gave me for a car to pay for classes instead. Or if I get any money for graduation, I suppose I could use that.
I got in touch with Josh and he is taking the Canada job. He says that it starts in October and as long as the offer is still there, he is taking it. I am sooo excited for him. He would be making $180,000 a year and the company he works for pays for his housing. That's amazing. I wish I had offers like that.
Anyways though, besides that, I have just been working and cleaning and driving and all the other typical things that human beings do in everyday life.
So, there you are.
My boring, average life.

So mine and Jason's 3rd year anniversary is on the 11th. But he has been begging me for weeks to open my present, I finally gave in last night. And guess what I got?
A Bamboo Tablet!

I have been wanting one for ages, but never coughed up the money for one. Apparently he had been spying on me and noticed that I was looking at them all the time and so, he got me one! Woot!
Anyways, I am really stoked to start making some brushes with it. So look forward to some new ones! Also, a good friend of mine, Tsuchi, told me that she may be making some tutorials on how to make Chibis! If she ends up making them, she has given me permission to post them on brey-scape.tk for you guys to all use! I can't wait to use them myself xD
On another note, I was tagged.
And of course I just HAD to use my tablet to do this one. I am still really terrible at writing/drawing with it, so excuse the messy handwriting xD
